As a Product Manager, you will own outcomes. This will include:Work closely with Design to concept delightful user experiences using narratives and well-baked requirements.Work closely with Development to document requirements, groom the backlog, forecast releases, plan iterations, and deliver high quality product to end users.Develop effective demos for sellers and sales engineers (e.g., client technical professionals)Collaborate with CTPs, sellers, CSMs, Expert Labs, technology partners and business partners.Role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields (Required)
MBA from a reputed Business School (required)
Less than one year of experience post-MBA.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people and establish relationships / build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure to Data Center networking, virtualisation, and software-defined networking (SDN).
Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
Proven ability to manage product operations, delivery timelines, and GTM execution.
Strong understanding of Ethernet, Fibre Channel, IP networking, and data center architectures. (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and NVIDIA networking technologies. (Must Have)
Familiarity with network protocols, switching/routing, and storage connectivity. (Must Have)
Align with Supply Chain teams for procurement, manufacturing readiness, and delivery timelines. (Must Have)
Ensure Regulatory, Compliance, and Certification requirements are met for global markets. (Must Have)
Experienced in creating Product Structure in PLM systems and ensure accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) (Must Have)
Experienced in preparing product collateral, competitive battle cards, and sales kits. (Must Have)
Coordinate with operations for smooth product release and lifecycle management.
Create awareness among Sales teams, Business Partners, and Channel Ecosystem through training and enablement programs.
Work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success.
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
