Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to work closely with the Product Manager and support the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in Product Management and gain hands-on experience building B2B and B2C digital products in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager across the end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Conduct and assist with market research, competitive analysis, and user research
• Participate in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights
• Translate research findings into clear problem statements and actionable insights
• Assist in creating user personas, user journeys, and problem hypotheses
• Contribute to ideation sessions and solution design discussions
• Support validation of product ideas using user feedback, experiments, and data
• Assist in preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams during execution
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and delivery tracking
• Track development progress, dependencies, and potential risks
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior using Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (where applicable)
• Support funnel analysis, feature adoption tracking, and performance reporting
• Assist in defining success metrics and conducting post-release analysis
• Prepare product updates, presentations, and internal documentation
• Support cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Product Management and digital products
• 0–1 year of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Tech-related roles
• Proof of work (internships, side projects, PRDs, case studies, mock apps, blogs, etc.)
• User-centric and problem-solving mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL (good to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
