Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development and a strong foundation in Core Java. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean code, building scalable solutions, and delivering high-performing applications in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using Core Java.Apply a strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms to solve complex technical challenges.Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot.Develop event-driven applications and work with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).Manage and optimize data using MongoDB, SQL, or Oracle databases.Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across all layers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to best coding practices and design patterns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above).Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.Experience in event-driven systems and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ preferred).Strong database skills with MongoDB, SQL, or Oracle.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Agile development practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
