Associate Director – Digital Planning, Client Servicing & Strategy


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of holistic digital marketing strategies across paid media, content, social, programmatic, and performance marketing.
  • Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, and platform trends to build innovative, audience-first campaigns.
  • Translate client objectives into measurable KPIs and data-backed digital plans.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for digital strategy and execution for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
  • Lead client meetings, digital reviews, strategy presentations, and business growth discussions.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with performance, media, content, and creative teams to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver strategic insights and recommendations to clients.


Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide a team of digital planners, account managers, and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative culture with internal cross-functional teams including media, creative, data, and tech.
  • Ensure team delivers work on time, on brief, and on budget.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in digital planning, client servicing, or strategy roles, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Amazon Ads, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in digital media planning, performance marketing, audience segmentation, and attribution, digital full funnel strategies
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
