Key Responsibilities -

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

● Identify, target, and acquire new clients including family offices, UHNIs and institutional clients.

● Build enduring client relationships to enhance retention and wallet share.

● Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and objectives.

Advisory & Solutioning:

● Assess client requirement, existing portfolios and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.

● Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated client experiences.

Regulatory & Compliance:

● Maintain sound understanding of SEBI FPI, RBI, FEMA and cross-border regulations.

● Ensure all client engagement comply with internal and external compliance standards.

Market Intelligence:

● Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.

● Provide feedback for product development and market strategy.

Skills & Attributes:

● Strong knowledge of custody, fund administration, asset management products and about GCC region.

● Proven track record in client acquisition and institutional relationship management.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

● Sound understanding of regulatory and operational frameworks in financial services.

● High level of integrity, commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Education & Experience-

● Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

● MBA / CFA / CA preferred.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in custody sales, asset management, or institutional business development.

● Exposure to cross-border investment products and regulatory frameworks (India–UAE corridor preferred).
