Job Description :-
Position - Associate MIS
Division -Heating Finance
Location - Eco House, Chinchwad , Thermax Chowk
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Finalizationof Divisional P & L and balance sheet,
2.Statutoryand Internal audit SPOC,
3.Coordinatingwith auditors for understanding data requirements and help Finance Controllercomplete audits with minimum observations,
4.PrepareCorporate MIS,
5.PrepareDivisional and ad-hoc MIS as asked,
6.Analyzedivisional order booking and reporting on the same,
7.GLScrutiny, contribute to internal testing of controls,
8.Inter-company reconciliation and elimination of balances,
9.Accountingfor export incentives,
10.Coordinatingwith various divisional, corporate stakeholders for understanding financialvariances,
11.WriteSOPs and operational policies,
12.PrepareTax audit and transfer pricing related data,
13.Contributeto the annual budgeting process.
14.Commissionprovisioning
15.Co-ordinationwith TFS team for various area AR / AP / Fixed Assets
Job Specifications:-
Essential Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA's)
Experience : 2-3 yrs
Critical Competencies :-
Analytical bent of mind, deeper understanding offinancial numbers, approach to study, challenge and improve current methods andprocedures, Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge, Moderate knowledge onCosting & Cost Accounting, Strong in MS-Excel, open for new challenges, team player and someone who likes interacting and working in a cross functionalteam.
