The Executive - Tenant Affairs is responsible for overseeing and implementing tenant management activities in line with the terms and conditions of agreements, focusing on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction. This role involves following up on processes, coordinating maintenance and service activities, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with lease terms to enhance tenant relations and satisfaction.Responsibilities

Support Tenant Engagement And Information Sharing
Work closely with the Lead - Tenant Affairs to support tenant engagement initiatives, helping tenants understand and navigate redevelopment processes.Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to address their inquiries and assist with questions regarding rights, timelines, and relocation processes.Distribute materials and information as required, ensuring tenants are well-informed throughout the project stages.Agreement And Compliance Monitoring
Ensure tenant agreements are followed precisely by conducting on-ground checks and supporting any required updates to agreements.Conduct regular follow-ups to verify compliance with lease terms, flagging any potential issues to the Lead for timely resolution.Maintain detailed records of tenant agreements, compliance reports, and communications to support audit processes.Resolution Of Tenant Concerns And Disputes
Act as the first point of contact for tenant concerns, addressing issues promptly and escalating complex matters to the Lead - Tenant Affairs as needed.Document and track all tenant complaints and resolutions, following up to ensure effective closure.Assist with tenant disputes by mediating minor issues and maintaining a fair and supportive environment throughout the redevelopment process.Coordination of Maintenance and Relocation Activities:
Coordinate day-to-day maintenance requests, working with the facilities and project teams to address tenant needs promptly.Oversee relocation activities as needed during redevelopment, ensuring adherence to set timelines and assisting tenants with necessary logistical support.Ensure tenant spaces and shared areas meet safety and maintenance standards, reporting any issues to relevant departments for immediate action.Community And Stakeholder Liaison Support
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local committees, community leaders, and tenants, promoting open communication and collaboration.Support the Lead in organizing community meetings and engagement activities, documenting feedback, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.Maintain contact lists of local stakeholders and assist with documentation and information gathering to support community relations.Tenant Satisfaction And Feedback Collection
Engage with tenants regularly to gather feedback on satisfaction, areas for improvement, and general sentiment towards redevelopment.Support tenant satisfaction initiatives by addressing feedback points, tracking progress, and helping implement solutions to enhance the tenant experience.Assist the Lead with analyzing tenant feedback to identify recurring issues and potential enhancements to the redevelopment process.Key Stakeholders - Internal

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree, Preferably in Real Estate, Business Managment & Administration, Legal.Work Experience (Range Of Years)

Experience in tenant management, property coordination, legal, government, or customer-facing roles, with a focus on on-ground execution and customer service.
