Job Description

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Counsel, who will support commercial contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and ensure G10X’s compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations, particularly in the areas of technology, data protection, and employment matters.

Location: Kochi- WFO

Experience: 4+years

Duties to be performed

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software Licensing Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, Vendor Agreements, Statements of Work (SoWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Identify, assess, and advise on legal and contractual risks.
Compliance with IT and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act).
Cross-border legal and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal business teams, sales, procurement, and HR on legal queries, employment-related documentation, and governance matters.
Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies, playbooks, and templates.
Support dispute resolution, including drafting legal notices and maintaining litigation records, if any.
Maintain a contracts database and ensure proper execution, storage, and tracking of agreements.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments.
