Associate- Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting

• Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on brand requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Analyze influencer metrics (reach, engagement, audience demographics, content quality) to ensure brand fit.

Campaign Coordination

• Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate with influencers/agents for negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and briefs.
• Track influencer deliverables (posts, videos, stories, reels) and ensure timely execution.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with influencers and creator networks.
• Be the go-to contact for influencers during campaign execution.

Content & Briefing

• Assist in creating influencer briefs aligned with brand strategy.
• Review influencer content for brand compliance before publishing.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables go live as planned.
• Track campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and learnings.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Pricing, Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for social media trends, creators, and brand storytelling.
