Job Description
  • Experience managing vendors and/or working as part of a vendor management team is preferred.
  • Experience directly interacting with vendors / suppliers is preferred, both written communications and phone communications.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft purchasing module and raising purchase requests (PRs) is preferred.
  • Resource must focus their time on logging and managing through to resolve all vendor eSettlement / invoice / payment issues. This resource will be interacting directly with vendors and will need to work with Bills / Accounts Payable and eSettlement teams as needed to resolve issues.
  • Resource needs to work until 11 PM IST to work directly with US-based vendors to cover a portion of their business hours.
  • Resource must also support vendor SLA performance tracking – collecting performance data from business and/or vendors, updating vendor SLA performance scorecard, reaching out to the business and/or vendor to request corrective action plans (CAPs) for missed SLAs.
  • Resource will also support other Supplier Management work such as raising purchase requests, supporting collection of vendor onboarding materials, proactively viewing remaining vendor PO amounts and taking action, etc.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Resource should have Excellent communication and Reporting skills.
  • Resource should have strong focus on data quality and attention to detail. Should demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a demanding, team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare background preferred, Understanding of healthcare & audit terminologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with high-volume data, managing and analysing data in areas such as accounting, finance, business intelligence.
  • Good collaboration skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT Sector is preferred.
