Key Deliverables:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to the following:

1. Ensure accurate and on-time processing of employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records & trackers, supporting HR audits.


2. Drive and support internal HR communications, including announcements, engagement activities, social events, etc.


3. Respond promptly and confidently to employee queries and internal stakeholder requests.


4. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with payroll inputs, initiating background verifications, etc.


5. Create basic designs for internal HR communication (posters, newsletters, event creatives, presentations) using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
