Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, ESIC, PF, and other labor laws. Timely registration of new joiners and timely filing.
  • Ensure effective administration of employee benefits including medical insurance
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide support in resolving employee relations issues through mediation or conflict resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data using HRIS software.
  • Be a single point of contact for all internal HR and company communications with the employees.
  • Conduct employee events and engagement activities
  • Participate in designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Partner with leads and managers to plan and implement performance management and employee development activities
