Associate - HR Operations

As an experienced HR Operations professional at Niveus Solutions, you will oversee and manage the HR operations function to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services. You will collaborate with various departments to support HR processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for operational efficiency and compliance with labor laws. - Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management. - Work with the recruitment team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Support performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews. - Conduct audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Assist in creating and delivering HR training programs to educate employees on policies and best practices.
