Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate- Housekeeping to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet business objectives.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving complaints professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
