Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate- Housekeeping at The Fern Residency. This role is suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional housekeeping services to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects such as cleaning equipment and linens.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
