About the Role As the Associate Director - Sales , you will lead end-to-end brand acquisition and revenue growth for Cloutflow. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape sales strategy, drive enterprise partnerships, and build a high-impact book of business in the influencer marketing space. Key Responsibilities Own and grow the sales pipeline — from outreach to conversion for entreprise accounts. Lead brand discovery, pitch meetings, and deal closures with key decision-makers (CMOs, marketing heads, media buyers) Collaborate with the strategy and campaign teams to craft tailored influencer marketing proposals Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Build deep client relationships and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities Hire, train, and mentor a small team of business development executives as needed Represent Cloutflow at industry events and forums Requirements 6–10 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development — preferably in influencer marketing, media, digital advertising, or SaaS Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong network with brand-side marketers and digital agencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions Prior experience in a high-growth startup is a strong plus Why Cloutflow Work with India's top influencer marketing minds Collaborate with iconic global brands and creators Fast-track growth with high visibility and ownership Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and equity options Show more Show less
