Associate Director- Retail Operations

About Role:
Role: Incumbent in this role will create an annual operating plan for the entire network in alignmentwith overgrowth targets. S/He will cascade this strategy to each region and store. S/he will leadoperations, visual merchandising, inventory for all formats (EBO + SIS).Responsibilities: Responsible for Retail sales activities  Define metrics and design controls to drive operations. e.g. profitability by store, growth,market share, time taken to become profitable, etc. and constantly conduct reviews & coursescorrect to meet the set targets.  Implement and maintain  operational policies and procedures to drive revenue plan, costcontrol, shrinkage management and reduction and  audit compliance  Ensure a cohesive consumer experience across markets with a customer first approach. Be a Cross functional anchor  Liaoning with the marketing team and provide inputs to design themarketing plan for geography operations, bringing in region & store specific nuances; drivinglocal store marketing to ensure maximum sales at each store. Increase sales performance through data-driven insights and market analysis. Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of thebusiness. Responsible for workforce planning and organization structure for said department.Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/ PG 10+ years experience in retail sales/ operations. Understanding of retail dynamics with experience across operations, VM, buying etc. Proven experience  conflict management , problem solving and stakeholder management
