Job Overview:

As Senior Associate Director – Operations at Insignia Learning you will lead and scale a team within Insignia Learning’s CME/CPD operations to deliver world-class medical education initiatives that meet evolving industry and HCP needs across India and the APAC region. You will provide strategic leadership across program execution, financial oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and team performance. This role will be pivotal in sustaining Insignia Learning’s quality and innovation standards while supporting business growth through operational excellence and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Comprehensive Project Oversight

-         Lead the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of CME/CPD program lifecycles.

-         Ensure high-quality, compliant, and impactful program delivery aligned with organizational priorities.

-         Establish and drive governance frameworks, processes, and performance metrics for the operations team.

-         Analyse data and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

💰 Revenue Monitoring

-         Oversee revenue tracking and cost management across the operations portfolio.

-         Partner with finance and business development to align revenue forecasting, profitability, and cost efficiencies.

-         Identify opportunities to enhance operational value and optimize program budgets.

🔁 Retention Planning

-         Develop and execute strategic initiatives to retain key clients, academic alliances, and KOL partnerships.

-         Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver client-centric, repeatable value propositions.

-         Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and consistency in project outcomes to drive renewals.

👥 Resource and Team Management

-         Lead, develop, and empower a multidisciplinary team of project managers.

-         Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet project timelines and business needs.

-         Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous professional development.

⚙️ Operational Functions & Scaling

-         Strengthen and scale operational systems and processes for future growth.

-         Integrate new technologies and workflows to maximize team productivity.

-         Uphold and reinforce compliance with Insignia Learning’s quality and information security standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022).
