Associate Director - HRBP

As a Strategic HR Business Partner at Licious, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategies, organizational development, and talent management to support the company's growth and transformation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key executives, working closely with leadership to define and execute business strategies - Establishing a deep understanding of the functional area you support, driving organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives - Engaging as a consultant and coach to key leaders, translating business needs into People plans and initiatives - Driving HR programs such as performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement plans with excellence and global consistency - Partnering with People & Centers of excellence for learning & development, total rewards, and talent acquisition - Analyzing business and employee insights to drive system improvements, leading initiatives for a positive work environment and enhanced employee engagement - Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to support a compliant and efficient HR function Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of relevant HR Business partner experience with a graduation from Tier 1 B Schools - Strong cross-functional partnerships and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to gather information objectively from stakeholders and data sources to drive change - Ownership of HR programs and performance management activities within the business - Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you believe you have the passion, skills, and experience to be the perfect fit for this role and contribute to the success of Licious, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic and innovative team.,
