As Associate Director – HRBP India, you'll drive strategic organization planning, leadership and talent development, and foster a high-performance culture across a dynamic, matrixed environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Strategic HR Business Partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams
✔ Drive succession planning, talent development, and capability building
✔ Embed a culture of servant leadership, inclusion, and growth mindset
✔ Collaborate with global and regional COEs (L&D, Total Rewards, ID&E)
✔ Lead SOP and ASR processes aligned with business imperatives
✔ Champion well-being and diversity initiatives

📌 10+ years of progressive HR experience
📌 Strong strategic acumen, leadership influence & organizational agility
📌 Proven experience in complex matrix environments
📌 MBA or equivalent preferred
📌 Passion for healthcare and innovation-driven cultures
