About the Company

Our client is a Series A funded SaaS company that is scaling rapidly in global markets. With a strong product foundation and growing traction, they are now focused on accelerating revenue growth in North America.


About the Role

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive revenue growth in the US and North America market through a combination of individual quota ownership and team leadership. As Associate Director – SaaS Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing sales team, establishing best-in-class sales processes, and driving significant ARR growth for the business.

The role requires working in evening shifts to align with US business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed an individual sales quota across US and North America markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SaaS Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed team quotas.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from prospecting to closing engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Define and execute sales strategies to drive predictable revenue growth in North America.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Contribute to the scaling of the sales organization, including talent hiring, training, and building a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, bringing insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years of SaaS sales experience with strong exposure to US/North America markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual quotas and closing enterprise/mid-market deals.
  • 2–3 years of team leadership experience, coaching, mentoring, and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models, sales cycles, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with an evening shift to align with US business hours.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, Series A–stage environment with the ability to build and scale processes.
