Why This Role Matters Join us as an Associate Director/Director CLM Transformation and play a key role in helping clients navigate digital transformations in contract lifecycle management. You will work closely with sales teams, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to drive solution design, pricing, and implementation strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our platform is tailored to meet complex business requirements while delivering seamless onboarding, high-quality service delivery, and long-term customer success.How You ll Make an Impact Lead CLM transformation initiatives Partner with clients to advise on best practices for implementing and configuring Sirion s platform to meet their contract management needs. Support sales engagements Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for implementation pricing, solution design, and client discussions during the pre-sales phase. Drive solution excellence Collaborate with regional sales leads and alliance teams to design scalable, client-specific solutions and align SI partner scope Develop pricing and proposals Provide expert input to minimize scope creep, improve project viability, and create tailored service offerings. Enable smooth transitions Prepare detailed handover documents and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure efficient resource planning and timely project kick-offs. Ensure client confidence Offer functional and technical expertise to address customer concerns, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with business goals. Research and problem-solve Independently identify solutions or approaches to client challenges and contribute to evolving service delivery frameworks. Facilitate requirement sessions Lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, draft pricing estimates, and negotiate statements of work. Drive client satisfaction Proactively listen to client needs, prioritize their requirements, and ensure expectations are exceeded throughout the engagement lifecycle. Contribute beyond delivery Support practice development, knowledge transfer, recruiting efforts, and operational improvements across teams. Skills Experience You Bring to the Table Experience 8+ years in SaaS, CLM, procurement, ERP, and CRM implementations Expertise Skilled in solution pricing, implementation planning, and collaboration. Knowledge Strong understanding of contract management systems and digital transformation. Analysis Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions Communication Clear, concise communicator with strong stakeholder engagement. Education Bachelor s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
