Associate – Software License Compliance (Software Services Group) – Hyderabad, India Are you looking for an opportunity to hone and apply your Software Asset Management skills? With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we are looking for an Associate Consultant to help us further build our capabilities and manage global client projects. In this position, you will advise and assist our clients on license compliance initiatives and execution of audits with the support of Regional Seniors, and Managers. This role is involved with a wide range of compliance-related projects, including audit execution, data analytics, target analysis and software license optimization. We trust our Associate Consultants to always perform at a high level of quality and professionalism. Main Responsibilities: Manage and perform all facets of the engagement for existing clients: engagement planning, execution, and reporting activities, which includes data analytics, software licensee/client interviews, and preparation of client deliverables. Interact with cross-functional teams at clients/software licensees and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously. Execute and deliver all client deliverables: reports, calculations tasks according to the requirements of the assigned client engagements. Research and understand different software publisher’s product use rights, license entitlements, and contractual entitlements for software products and publishers. Stay current with the trends and best practices in the relevant industries and compliance auditing. Perform extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution, internal client initiatives, and other services. Manage engagement KPIs, including deadlines and project milestones. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through quality execution of reviews and timely communication. Requirements Experience, Skills, and Characteristics Year of graduation: 2024 Courses: BE, B.Tech Branches: Computer Science Engineering Information Science & Engineering Electronics and Communication Engineering Information Technology Electrical and Electronics Engineering Mathematics and Computing Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Minimum 70% or 7 CGPA throughout the academic career i.e. 10th, 12th, Graduation without outstanding backlogs. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills. Highly organized, methodical, and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team.
