Job Description

HARMAN India is looking for Associate Communications & Learning Program to join our team

Draft and distribute announcements, emails, and other communications to internal stakeholders.
Assist leaders in messaging, including developing presentations and coaching team members to communicate clearly.
Lead digital-related communications for Automotive and Digital, supporting organizational change management.
Investigate learning and development needs and create internal training plans.
Track attendance and feedback, support facilitators, and recommend improvements.
Help organize All Hands meetings, workshops, and employee engagement events.

Job Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity.
Experience in a corporate setting and comfort interacting with people at all levels.
Excellent organizational abilities and confidence working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Empathy for colleagues in different circumstances, enabling you to tailor materials to their needs.
Fluent English and willingness to travel if necessary.
Ability to flex business hours as needed to support activities in the Novi, Michigan, USA office and occasionally other time zones.
