Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Coordinator to join our team in Bihar, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in public health or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Liaise with District NTEP teams and hubs to ensure smooth project implementation.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for drug-resistant tuberculosis.
Conduct regular patient visits and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the State Coordinator to achieve project goals.
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Advanced degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Policy, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a public health setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to travel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
