Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate - Business Development & Sales to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development and sales, with a strong background in these areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities through networking and other channels.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
