Job Description

Location:

Pune, Maharashtra India. Work-from-home applications will be not be considered

Work days and hours:

6 days working including Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm. Any one weekday will be off, pre-decided as per candidates convenience. And as and when, required for the events.

Salary:

15,000 to 18,000 per month depending on experience.

Respond to comments, DMs, WhatsApp messages received on brands social handles in a timely manner.
Assist the customers if making a purchase through social media channels if they request for it (Theres no sales target here; but all sales made by this person will get him/her an incentive on top of fixed salary).
Answer the calls received from customers for queries/ concerns etc. (No cold calling as such).

Key Requirements:

No previous work experience is mandatory in this field. Only condition is to have good language and communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi. .
