Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate - Business Development based in Kozhikode. The Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include presenting company services, preparing presentations for potential clients, and supporting the business development team in achieving sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Presentation Skills and creating impactful Presentations
• Proven proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is an advantage
• Previous experience in a business development or client-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
