As a Account Service Manager Associate, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership as first point of contact to our customers for business support requirements Developing global relationships with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers to become a trusted advisor Acting as an advocate to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the account Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers and stakeholders requirements Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders Accomplishing KPI targets set around responsiveness, pro-activeness, quality and compliance Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Possess excellent communication skills Show good knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment Work in a way that works for you Learn what makes Akamai a great place to work Connect with us on social and see what life at Akamai is like!
