Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all local statutory payroll and benefit reporting requirements are met
• Partner with the Payroll operations team on system design and gap analysis.
• Work with all stakeholders to ensure implemented solution meets defined success criteria
• Knowledge of Audit and Accounting domain
• Liaise with statutory and internal auditor - for half yearly audits, tax regulators, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies. provide information to auditors, shareholders and other stakeholders on a timely basis Responsible for all Mediclaim related activities which includes, enrollment of an employee and their family members, validation of data, claiming the Mediclaim, issuance of the check and address the queries of employees related to Mediclaim for them and their families.
• Responsible for Employee Provident Fund related compliance which includes, challan, Form 13, Form 10C, Form 10D, Form 19, Form 20, Form 5, & Form 31.
• Responsible for compliance of ESIC (Employee State Insurance) Act related compliance that includes, Form I, Form II, Form 11, Form 12, Form 13, Form 13A, Form 14, Form 15, Form 16, Form 17, Form 18, Form 19, Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, Form 23, Form 24, & monthly challan.
• Responsible for Payment of Gratuity Act which includes, Form A, Form B, Form C, Form F, Form I, Form J, Form K, Form L, Form M, & Form U.
• MIS analysts plan procedures for accessing data, determine the appropriate levels of risk management.
• Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc data analytics requests from HR Team
• Monitor Key HR metrics, present insightful reports and dashboards with eye for detail
