Job Description

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for Senior Manager II Global Process Owner to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement global processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
