Role 1- Talent Acquisition (Blue Collar)

  • Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders including IR/ER heads & Union representatives, etc.
  • Rigour in Managing open positions under stringent timelines.
  • Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring manager
  • Experience in NAPS / NATS & Temporary (grades) hiring
  • Understanding of Mandatory Compliances during hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Should able to work under pressure
  • Good to have from Manufacturing background

Role 2- Employee Benefits

  • Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
  • Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
  • Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
  • Diligently attend to escalation
  • Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices
  • Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources

Role 3- HR System Data Management

  • Manage company Structure, New Hire/Rehire, Separations, F&F Settlement, Payroll updates, etc.
  • Review and Approve Personal Information Changes. Contact management if any new hire is submitted with incorrect information or if anything is missing.
  • Supports answering helpdesk calls by making appropriate research as per standard procedure..
  • Runs Daily Pending PA report that is provided to the HR Ops Team.
  • Complete Mass uploads for data changes: Terms, Seniority Dates, and Minimum Wage.
  • Performs Workforce Management reporting, analysis, recommendations, and administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling functions.
  • Conducts weekly audits of EE Data between all systems. Partners w/ IT on data discrepancies.
