Assistant Team Leader

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation specialists.  Manage team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Provide live floor support, targeted interventions, and training to improve individual and team performance.  Foster a high-performance culture through recognition, accountability, and results-focused leadership.  Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and implement strategic plans and campaigns to generate qualified leads and achieve business targets. Data & Analytics: Monitor performance dashboards and reporting systems to identify trends and proactively address performance gaps.  Analyze data from campaigns to refine techniques, identify productive lead sources, and inform data-driven decision-making.  Generate performance reports for senior management and conduct regular team trainings based on data insights.  Prospecting & Qualification: Oversee lead sourcing and prospecting efforts to identify and prioritize potential customers.  Work closely with sales teams to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality leads. Required Skills & Experience Proven success leading teams and meeting performance targets. Strong experience in B2B lead generation, B2B sales, or a similar environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead management platforms.
