Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to assist in managing and building a team while maintaining proactive client communication. You will be required to have working knowledge in accounting software, extensive knowledge of foreign accounting, excellent skills in Excel (including pivot table, Vlookup, etc.), good knowledge of general accounting, and experience in the preparation of various reconciliations such as bank, card, and cash. Key Responsibilities: - Work with accounting software and demonstrate a good understanding of foreign accounting. - Utilize advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and Vlookup. - Handle general accounting tasks efficiently. - Prepare various reconciliations including bank, card, and cash reconciliations. - Assist in managing and building a team. - Maintain proactive communication with clients. Qualifications Required: - Must have a B.Com, M.Com, or M.B.A degree. - Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Candidates from Mohali location are preferred.
