Assistant Team Leader

Role Overview: As an Assistant Team Lead (Finance & Accounting) + (Training and Development) at our global client finance & accounting practice in Gurgaon, Sector 62, you will play a crucial role in managing client engagements, training new joiners, and ensuring the smooth running of training cycles. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project financials, and working closely with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to drive successful project execution and foster a results-oriented team culture. You will be working in a hybrid mode with working hours from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST for 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Assessment by collaborating with department heads and HR managers to identify training needs, conducting surveys, and interviews to gather information on employee development requirements. - Design and develop training programs tailored to identified needs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and various training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. - Oversee client engagement & financial management to ensure effective adherence to financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partners, finance managers, project managers, and external stakeholders to act as a trusted financial advisor and ensure alignment across teams. - Identify areas for improvement within financial processes, propose solutions, and work with global teams to implement best practices for continuous improvement in financial operations. Qualification Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets. - Prior experience working in QuickBooks/Xero and US Accounting roles is preferred. - Must have a professional work-from-home setup, personal Laptop, and a High-Speed broadband connection.
