Role Overview: As an HR Associate at CLOUDIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions to ensure smooth operations within the HR department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and handling administrative tasks. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, contributing to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Assist in developing and delivering training programs and employee engagement initiatives. - Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution. - Support performance management processes and career development initiatives. - Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and plan accordingly. - Prepare and analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree is mandatory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Experience in working and coordinating across functions. - Prior experience in a similar role working closely with senior leadership. - Must have a personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
