Assistant Team Leader

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, your role will involve managing and motivating a team of counsellors to achieve monthly admissions targets. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, tracking daily metrics, and ensuring accuracy in the CRM system. Supporting counsellors in student handling, lead conversions, and managing escalated cases will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and maintaining counselling quality standards will be crucial to your success. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and university partners will be essential to ensure a smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of counsellors to meet monthly admissions targets - Monitor team performance, track daily metrics, and ensure CRM accuracy - Support counsellors in student handling, lead conversions, and escalated cases - Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and maintain counselling quality standards - Coordinate with marketing, operations, and university partners for smooth workflow Qualifications Required: - 24 years of EdTech sales/admissions experience; 1+ year in a senior or team support role - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead funnel management - Target-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Additional Company Details: The company provides cell phone reimbursement as a benefit. For this role, relocation to Noida, Uttar Pradesh is required. The work location is in person at Noida, Uttar Pradesh during the day shift.
