Assistant Manager and Manager

As an Assistant Manager or Manager at our company, your role involves being well-versed with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow. You will be responsible for reviewing the Management accounts and demonstrating the IQ to set up new clients. Your ability to handle pressure during deadlines and work with Accounting Software & Foreign accounting will be crucial. Additionally, you will monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely delivery, develop processes to enhance team productivity, and identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and boost productivity. Your role will also involve team handling, client handling, and creating a stress-free office environment. Qualifications required for this role include an M.Com, MBA, or CA-Inter degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
