Job Description

As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Accounting Software and exhibiting extensive expertise in Foreign Accounting. Your proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, will be essential in carrying out your duties effectively. Additionally, it is imperative to have a good understanding of General Accounting principles. Your day-to-day tasks will involve the preparation of various reconciliations, such as Bank, Card, and Cash, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing and developing the team, as well as maintaining proactive communication with clients. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Com, M.Com, or M.B.A degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates based in Mohali are preferred for this position.
