Assistant Store Manager

You will be joining our team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure outstanding customer service and enhance profitability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store activities in the absence of the Store Manager, managing inventory levels, supervising and training staff on sales techniques and product knowledge, participating in recruiting and hiring processes, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate for this role should ideally have experience in wireless sales or retail management, possess strong skills in inventory and shift management, demonstrate effective leadership and team motivation abilities, exhibit excellent math skills for financial transactions, maintain professional communication standards, thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail, and have multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse customer needs. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, and the role requires at least 2 years of experience in store management. The work location will be in person.
