Are you a dynamic sourcing professional with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making? We're looking for an

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and scale strategic sourcing initiatives across categories
• Ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Success, etc.)
• Improve supplier performance and continuously drive upward growth in Supplier NPS
• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle – from onboarding and cataloging to compliance and reconciliation
• Drive tech adoption across supplier base for better efficiency and visibility
• Conduct data analysis to monitor sourcing KPIs and lead corrective actions
• Standardize sourcing processes, pricing, and product specs pan India

Key Requirements:

✔ 3–7 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement (preferably in MRO industry)

✔ Solid grasp of strategic sourcing tactics

✔ Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

✔ High ownership mindset and ability to build from scratch

✔ Proficient in driving cross-functional collaboration

✔ Graduate (preferably B.Tech); MBA is a plus

✔ Startup exposure is an added advantage
