Qualification : B com / MBA Experience : 5+ years Location : Mumbai Salary : Industry Standards Job Description: 1. Manage Service, AMC, Installation of Elevators. 2. Monitor service performance metrics, prepare and analyze reports to track service/AMC/Installation 3. Strengthen the relationship with existing customers to increase the sales 4. Understand the customer requirements, respond to commercial and technical queries from customers. 5. Prepare Proposals / quotations, present our products and services, negotiate with customers, benchmark with competitor products and close the order. 6. Conduct business development activities, generate new leads, sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and customer conversions. 7. Mapping potential Customers to generate sales leads through various sources. 8. Co-ordinate with internal support and service team for drive commissioning and installation support. 9. Submission of on time weekly & monthly Sales & Orders reports. 10. Regular discussions with clients for getting updates on Satisfaction of services.
