Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales activities and achieving revenue targets by identifying prospective clients, creating proposals, and building strong customer relationships. Key tasks include market research, coordinating with teams to address client needs, preparing presentations, and assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals. Additionally, the role involves providing post-sales customer support and contributing to the development of strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including the ability to identify and approach potential clients.
Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and relevant software applications.
Organizational and multitasking skills to balance various client projects and internal tasks effectively.
Prior experience in the automotive, parking solutions, or real estate industries is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
