About the Role:

Assistant Sales Manager

This position is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to grow into a leadership role while working with premium residential and commercial properties in Gurgaon.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily sales operations and support Sales Managers in closing deals.
  • Engage with qualified leads, understand their property needs, and suggest suitable options.
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain engagement and push toward conversion.
  • Ensure timely documentation, client communication, and transaction updates.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead feedback and campaign insights.
  • Stay updated with local real estate trends, project launches, and pricing updates.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports via CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting client site visits.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Having own conveyance is preferred.
