Role: Team Leader – Real Estate We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our sales team at our Wakad office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a deep understanding of the Pune real estate market. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of real estate consultants to achieve defined sales targets and performance goals. Sales Performance: Monitor team productivity, guide sales strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue objectives. Client Engagement: Support team members in client interactions, site visits, and deal negotiations to ensure high closure rates. Market Expertise: Stay informed about real estate trends in West Pune and provide market insights to clients and team members. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in real estate or sales. Strong team management and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the West Pune property market is preferred. Must be willing to work full-time from our Wakad office. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
