The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the real estate team, including managing and mentoring team members, coordinating brokerage activities, and ensuring successful real estate transactions. The role involves setting team goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback to team members. The Team Leader will also liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and satisfaction.QualificationsStrong communication and team leadership skillsProficiency in real estate brokerage and transactionsExperience in team management and facilitating team operationsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyBachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus
