Location: Chennai Company: Ultra Optipure Water Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive/Assistant Manager - Sale with 2- 3 years of experience in the FMCG and wellness sector. Based in Chennai, this role involves intercity travel and requires someone who can build strong client relationships, drive territory growth, and consistently exceed sales targets. As we are in a startup set up and a go getter and close deals on the spot. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals within the assigned region • Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base across cities • Manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure strong product visibility and availability • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives; track performance and motivate for results • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape sales strategies • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market dynamics Qualifications:  MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution  5+ years of proven sales experience in the FMCG and/or wellness industry  Strong understanding of retail channels, distribution networks, and regional markets  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills  Willingness and ability to travel frequently across cities  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Skills: • Strong knowledge of the FMCG and wellness industry, including consumer behavior and competitive landscape • Experience in channel sales, distributor management, and modern trade/retail execution • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders across multiple locations • Fluent in English and Tamil; additional regional languages are a plus • High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and geographies What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Travel allowance and professional growth opportunities • A dynamic work environment with a fast-growing brand • Opportunity to lead and make a tangible impact
