About the Role

Assistant Manager – Sales


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Client Management

  • Handle incoming inquiries, leads, and client requirements professionally.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations for office spaces and coworking setups.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners.


2. Property Sourcing & Evaluation

  • Search, identify, and curate suitable commercial properties for coworking and office setups.
  • Evaluate property feasibility based on location, size, demand, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with property owners, developers, and real estate partners for availability and pricing.


3. Costing & Estimation

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgeting, and financial feasibility for properties.
  • Analyse rental values, operational costs, fit-out expenses, and overall commercial viability.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and customized cost sheets.


4. Legal & Documentation

  • Understand basic legal fundamentals related to real estate and commercial properties.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate agreements such as LOIs, MoUs, lease agreements, and service contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy in legal terminology and compliance in documentation.
  • Liaise with legal teams for verification, approvals, and finalization of documents.


5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain proper documentation of all enquiries, leads, and property data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, projects, finance) for smooth closure.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and market updates.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing insights.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in

    real estate (office leasing/commercial)

    or hospitality sales.
  • Strong understanding of

    property sourcing, costing, and estimation

    .
  • Basic knowledge of

    legal procedures and documentation

    related to commercial properties.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and close deals confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in coworking or commercial real estate is highly desirable.
  • Strong market network with brokers, developers, and property owners.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
