Keep track of competitors activities, Schemes and Promotions
Keep track of competition sales analysis
Achieving sales targets
keeping Distributors fully Motivated.
Sending daily reports to HO
Co ordination with HO, Warehouse, Distributors etc.
Doing Promotional activities.
Ensuring sales of complete range of products.
Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.
Maintain proper sales records, daily visit reports, and follow-up data.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS.
Follow up for orders and payments.
Take primary orders from distributors.
