Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for solar products and solutions.
  • Generate leads and acquire industrial/commercial clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement assessments.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, and commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close solar deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years’ experience in solar/EPC sales.
  • Strong understanding of solar systems and components.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
